If you’ve driven on Highway 1806 recently, you may have noticed construction crews preparing the road for an overhaul. Starting this April, construction will begin on a project that will resurface and widen the road and also add turning lanes.
Our office, located just off 1806 at 3817, 23rd Ave. NE, will likely be affected by traffic delays caused by construction. If you’re planning to stop by the office, it may be worth your while to account for potential delays.
Through construction, our headquarters’ lobby will remain open and we will continue to offer in-person payment options. But, if you’d like to beat the construction season blues, we also have a few payment alternatives to fit your needs:
- Pay Now: This one-time online payment option allows members to quickly pay there bill online. All you need is the account number and the last name of the account holder!
- SmartHub: Gain total control over your account from your computer, smartphone or tablet. View energy usage, billing history and account details from one convenient location AND pay your electricity bill from the comfort of your home.

Reach out to a member services representative to get started! Members who sign up for Auto Pay will also receive a one-time $10 bill credit!
As North Dakota’s road construction season kicks off, remember to slow down and pay attention to workers near the roadway. Road construction workers and their families appreciate it!
