Tips for practicing safe hygiene and social distancing to help flatten the curve:
Wash your hands with soap and water often
If you are sick, especially with a fever, make the right decision and stay home
Cover your mouth and nose with a facial tissue or your arm when sneezing or coughing
Avoid touching your face as much as possible, especially your mouth, eyes, and nose
Refrain from shaking hands or being within six feet of one another

We are monitoring the virus, how it impacts our community and how we can do our part to prevent the spread of the virus. One step in prevention is limiting unnecessary interaction. Due to the current status of Coronavirus (COVID-19), McKenzie Electric is urging members to use our online options or our drive through for bill payments to limit unnecessary personal contact. Now is the perfect time to set up a SmartHub account to view and pay your bill!
What you will need to sign up for SmartHub:
Billing Account Number
Your last name or business name
An active email address (if you forget your password this is where the ‘reset password’ steps will be sent)
SmartHub is the quickest and easiest means to pay your bill online. You can also view your usage and past bills throughout the year.
This option of bill payment links your checking account, or your Visa or Mastercard to your account and automatically pays your bill at a set time every month. To sign up for this option visit SmartHub or call us at 701-444-9288. SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY TO GET A $10.00 BILL CREDIT!
Our drive through is open to drop off payments from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
As always you can still give us a call at 701-444-9288 and we will process your payment over the phone.
If you drop off payment during non-business hours you can use the night drop box, conveniently located beside the drive through.
